Welcome to RedEarthRanch and RedEarth EcoDiscoveries REED

For over 22 years RedEarth EcoDiscoveries has created nature adventures.

Have you wanted to get away into nature, while having fun in a relaxed atmosphere, where you feel safe and understood while experiencing guided adventures?

Have you experienced trauma and need to find better meaningful ways to reconnect by exploring through indigenous culture as you are immersed and honored in understanding, all while being guided through a fun and relaxed nature based adventure?

Our family of first responders, military, NDE and trauma survivors, conservationists, naturalists, warriors and elders of indigenous heritage; we have been instrumental in holding space for those who have needed a safe place to share with like minded who understand that nature is an integral component to help the healing process, all while making memories in a fun, relaxing nature adventure. By better understanding our place within the natural world, we begin to reconnect in a positive way and find better solutions of how to honor ourselves, others and the natural world around us. “Into the forest I must go to lose my mind and find my soul.” J. Muir

RedEarth WarriorWalks was founded in 2001 to help veterans, first responders and trauma survivors to better understand the connection between the natural world around us and each of our places within it. Previous to that, a major focus was helping to create children’s nonprofit programs centered around providing fun and learning through nature experiences. And not least, women, until very recently, have been traditionally underserved in outdoor adventures. We remedy that by creating fun off the beaten path nature adventures within safe settings so you and your group of friends can relax and enjoy a fun week of activities catered to your abilities. We are providing programs for our 2023 season. Join us.

We’re serious about your stay with us, but our nature adventures are based on fun! Our ranch sits in a quaint farming ranching community in beautiful western Colorado, where we are blessed to be surrounded by incredible opportunities to enjoy mountains, high desert, rivers, lakes, canyons, mesas and vistas that inspire. #ItsInOurNature We have wildlife to view, ranch critter therapy, food and pollinator gardens to sink your hands into the earth, walking paths through our forest, hands on art in nature, pond and creek time, stargazing and campfires with s’mores, farm to table ranch fare, spa time, and plenty of nearby nature, wineries, and much more. Your group can be as active or relaxed as you’d like. We chat with your representative before your arrival so to best suit your groups needs.

Our guests, as part of the Ranch Retreats Program, will be hosted by certified staff, here to help you relax and enjoy your time with us in nature. Nature Guides, Health and Wellness Coaches, Art Therapist, Ranch Cooks and Chefs, and more, are here to help welcome you during your stay at RedEarth. We can currently accommodate a group of up to 12 in a rustic bunkhouse ranch type setting for our weekly overnight programs. Our calendar will be opening soon for our 2023 season that begins May 2023. You may contact us through the website RedEarthEcoDiscoveriesREED.com and/or RedEarthRanchColorado@gmail.com with “Ranch Retreats” in the Subject Line.

Honoring our guests with western roots and southern hospitality is award winning. We keep our groups small to give bigger service. We can provide you all inclusive with an all onsite experience or suggest for you off site excursions. Also, your group can plan your own adventures while utilizing our facilities as home base while you’re vacationing and exploring the gorgeous surrounding area. Our ranch sits in unit 52 for hunters needing a bunkhouse style home base. Our calendars are reserved for hunters starting archery season.

Looking forward to helping serve your next nature adventure. Blessings from RedEarth.
